Programme
Flying freely in the sky is an egret, one of the few resident birds in the city. Beaches and wetlands were its most favourite places, which now exist only in memory. The wonderlands for birds are disappearing here. The egret looks at the earth, the ships in the distance and the extremely busy humans, reminisces the remote blue horizons that it used to love, and thinks...
A traveller is overlooking Macao at the Guia Lighthouse, and he starts to search for all the places rooted in his childhood memory...
A ray of bright light shines from the lighthouse, project ing the shared memories of the bird and the traveller.
In a dramatically changing era full of incongruous buildings from different times and incomprehensible conflicts, only our nostalgia of this small town remains unchanged.
Memory Blueprint II is a creation sharing the same theme with Memory Multimedia Concert 2010 and Memory Blueprint – Multimedia Dance Theatre 2011. Converging artists and production teams from different regions, Memory Blueprint I I tries to invoke the awareness on local urban development and reflects on the relationship between human and nature through dance, music and visual effects.
